1. Services Provided

Get Local Social provides:

RAW photo and video asset creation

Content creation sessions

Strategic content planning and direction

Digital downloads, templates, and related digital materials

Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in each booking confirmation or proposal.


2. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

2.1 Booking

Your session is confirmed only after payment is submitted in full or as outlined in your invoice.

2.2 Payment

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Digital goods are non-refundable due to their immediate access nature.

Service pricing may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost with 48 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.

If you are more than 20 minutes late to a scheduled session, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel the session without refund.


3. Deliverables

3.1 RAW Files

Clients receive access to all RAW photos and video assets captured during their session unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Turnaround Time

Typical delivery for RAW assets is 3–7 business days, depending on session size and seasonality. Delivery timelines for edited or custom work vary and will be outlined in writing.


4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Arrive prepared at your scheduled session time

Provide any necessary brand guidelines, content ideas, or scripts (unless we are providing this service)

Communicate respectfully and professionally


5. Usage Rights

5.1 Rights Granted to Client

Clients receive a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use RAW assets for:

Marketing

Social media

Advertising

Internal brand use

5.2 Rights Retained by Get Local Social

We retain the right to use captured content for:

Portfolio display

Marketing

Case studies

Social media

If you prefer your assets not to be used by Get Local Social, you may request removal in writing at any time.


6. Confidentiality

All personal information, business details, and content discussed with Get Local Social are treated as confidential and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed without your written consent—except where legally required.


7. Limitation of Liability

By booking with us, you acknowledge:

Results vary based on your execution and use of content

We are not liable for business outcomes, performance changes, or external platform issues (e.g., social media outages)

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booked service


8. Digital Goods

All digital products:

Are for personal or business use only

May not be resold, redistributed, or commercially licensed without written permission

Are final sale and non-refundable


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
